  3. The word for United Kingdom is not, as you write, 영ꡭ (yeongguk). That is the word for England. By putting England for United Kingdom you are insulting the Scots, Irish and Welsh. Please change this to the correct phrase , which I believe is – μ—°ν•© μ™•κ΅.
Thank you for your kind attention.

  4. Michael William Earith

I am trying to find a site where it is possible to get free downloads of Korean Character Fonts which you can type a roman letter and corresponds by showing the letter in a Korean Character. I cannot find anything in DAFONT.

    Does anyone know of one?

    1. Hi Michael,

      Good day!

I don’t think there is any since there are no exact equivalent Hangul characters in the Roman alphabet. And if there would be one, it would be very tricky to use. But phonetics would be very useful.

Let’s say you want to type Gamsahamnida, it would be spelled in Hangeul as 감사합냐닀. If you notice, the M in Gam is ㅁ, however, the M in Ham is using γ…‚. But if you want to, the Korean writing system is fairly easy to learn. I’m sure you can learn it in an hour (but of course, mastery would take a while). And then maybe you can download a Hangeul keyboard and take the character substitutions from there. Hope this helps!
